This is such a perfect spring/summer color from Ciate.

This is Ciate in Spinning Teacup. Since I did a thorough review of Ciate in Plastic Fantastic, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the color. The website describes it as "pair this delicate pansy posy shade with your favourite tee to add a girlish twist to your style. Great on tanned toes too, the super fun shade is a gorgeously fun." I'm not too sure what pansy posy is so I don't know if I agree or not.

Here's a closer look at the ingredients.
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to my favorite OPI brush, the length and width is slightly smaller. I would say the width is in-between thin to medium.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original, Seche Crystal Clear Base Coat, 2 coats of Ciate in Spinning Teacup, and then topped it off with CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, not too sure if all Ciate brushes are different. Compared to the others I have tried from this brand, it's thinner. I did have some problem painting around the cuticles but that's from inexperience. No matter how many years I paint my nails, I just don't get better. Secondly, the consistency is in-between thin to medium. It's really easy to apply, but it can get slightly streaky. After two coats, it looks nice and smooth. With that said, there were no streaking and bubbles. Third, this is a great color and perfect for spring/summer season. My co-workers have commented how gorgeous the color is. They even wanted to borrow. Lastly, I noticed chipping on the sides of the tips on the fourth day. It's not completely noticeable unless you examine closely. With that said, I'm on my sixth day and there's still no shrinkage.

Would repurchase: Yes.
