Description on the website: Introducing our hottest new lip product - Matte Pigment Gloss. These 16 bold shades provide rich, intense color in a flat finish for all day wear. The long wearing formula goes on as a high pigmented liquid and dries to a flat matte finish. Leaving lips colored in gorgeous velvety perfection that last and lasts.

Thoughts: When I first heard L.A. Girl came out with matte lip creams, I was so in. It seems like it's one of the biggest thing this year or it might just be me. I'm really into these type of products. For that reason, I had to purchase at least one to start.
Here's a closer look at the color and it's true.
Here's a look at the brush. Just like every other matte lip creams, they're flat on both sides.
Here's a swatch of the lip color on my hand before it dried.
Here's how the lip color looks on me.
Here's an overall look on me. I used CoverGirl Intensify Me! Liquid Liner in Intense Black on the eyes.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's a slight scent while applying on the lips. It's not strong but it kind of smells like chemicals. It really isn't that bad as it sounds! It's doable and the smell only lasts couple of seconds. Secondly just like every matte lip creams, it goes on liquid-like. Because of the consistency, it doesn't tug on the lips and it goes on smoothly. I also recommend applying a thin layer. It dries faster that way than applying a thick lip product. Secondly, the color is gorgeous and it's on the neutral side. It's an everyday color that will look good on a lot of people. It's also pretty pigmented. With that said, the only downside is how sticky the product is. My lips stick together when I smack them. If you don't mind sticky lip products, this will be fine for you. Me, personally, I grew to hate sticky lip products. I use to not mind them but I cannot stand them anymore. I don't know if it's age, experience but I just don't like them. Lastly, they lasted a long time until I ate or drank.

Pros:
* Variety of colors.
* The color matches the color of the product.
* Does not tug on the lips.
* Goes on smoothly.
* Pigmented.
* Dries quickly.
* Everyday color.
* Long lasting until I eat/drink.

Cons:
* Can be hard to find in stores.
* Slight scent.
* Sticky.

Would repurchase: No.
