Sunday September 7, 2014, Beautylish had a Charlotte Tilbury Event. At the event, you get to test out the products and get a cheek/lip makeover. The artist who did makeup on me, Cindy, had gorgeous eye makeup that I couldn't stop staring. She told me she used the eyeshadow pencil in Amber Haze. I couldn't resist that I ended up buying it.

Thoughts: The eyeshadow on the makeup artist is my typical colors, neutral brown, but I couldn't resist. It was extremely gorgeous on her. I guess it doesn't help that the makeup artist is gorgeous herself but I couldn't stop looking at her eyes. After she told me what she wore, I went to swatch the pencil. Honestly, it didn't look the same or at least to my eyes. She told me she blended the color out to make it look that way. I believe her and bought it.
Here's a closer picture of the pencil. I love that the pencil mentions what eye color it'll look good on (brown), as well as, what part of the day (night).
Here's a closer look at the color and it's very true!
Here's a swatch of the pencil. The one on the left is blended out and the right is drawn on my hand.
Here's how the pencil looks on me. I saw blended the color out on the lid, and applied MAC in Mulch on out my outer v.
Here's an overall look on me.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, you really need to work fast or else the eyeshadow pencil will set in. The makeup artist recommended that you do one eye at a time, and it makes complete sense. You don't want to blend one eye and then go to the other eye. By the time you go to the second eye, it would already been set. I also recommend that you don't prep before using the pencil. I used UDPP, Urban Decay Primer Potion, and I have no clue why. I think it was automatic. :/ There was no point since this pencil does not budge whatsoever once it's dried. I did struggle a bit blending, but I honestly think it's because I used UDPP. When I use UDPP, I notice it's hard to blend or at least for me. With that said, I still won't stop using UDPP. It's the only primer that does not crease on me. Secondly, it lasted all day on me. It did not crease, flake, and even move after it set. I even took a nap and the color stayed on. Lastly and I was kind of sadden, but I'm okay. It's not the exact color as the makeup artist but then again, she's darker skin than me. That's a possibility but I still think Amber Haze is a gorgeous bronze color. With that said, I don't think the color is unique but it's the quality that makes up for these pencils.

Pros:
* Comes in a variety of colors.
* It recommends which eye color it'll look good on.
* It recommends day or night time.
* Once it sets, it does not budge.
* Does not crease.
* Does not flake.
* Does not move.
* Lasts all day.
* Comes of easily with water and eye makeup remover.

Cons:
* Hard to find in stores.
* It's not retractable.

Would repurchase: Possible.
Rating:  4.5/5 Tobey's Paws

Been seeing raves and reviews of CT products around, and it looks super good quality! The colour is not that unique but it's so pretty. :)

Thank you! I also like the color. It's a great color for day and night time. I totally agree with your comment about wasting product especially with a high price like this, but I couldn't resist. It was gorgeous on the makeup artist.
