I bought two Maybelline Baby Lips from their Electro Collection some time ago.

I already reviewed Strike A Rose, the right one. For this post, I will talk about #70 Pink Shock.
Since I did a thorough review on the Electro Collection in Strike A Rose, I will base this on that. You can check out the Maybelline website on information on this product, as well as, the other colors.
By the looks of the ingredients, I think all Baby Lips from this collection (Electro) are the same. I could be wrong but both Strike A Rose and Pink Shock has the same listing.
Here's a picture of the lip balm. Like all lip balms from the Electro Collection, they're black.
Here's a look of the lip balm with the top off.
Here's a closer look at the lip balm. The color is very true!
Here's a swatch of the color.
Here's how the lip balm looks on me.
Here's how the lip balm looks overall on me.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, the scent is slightly different from Strike A Rose but not that much different. Initially, I thought Strike A Rose smelled like raspberry but I do have to say I can smell the rose. Pink Shock to me smells more like strawberry. It's definitely more sweeter than Strike A Rose. I have to say I like Pink Shock better. It smells more fruity. Secondly just like Strike A Rose, these lip balms are pigmented and shows up well on me. In my opinion darker skin individuals and dark toned lips, it'll show up less or might not show up. It'll just looked glossy. The reason I'm a huge fan of Baby Lips is how hydrating the product is, as well as, it gives me pigmentation. I already talked about how pigmented the products are from the Electro Collection. If you're looking for lip balms with SPF, these do not have them but they do have Shea Butter and Vitamin E. They're both known ingredients that hydrate. With time and usage, your lips will improve from dry patchy skin to smooth texture. Another way I can tell these help my lips, it doesn't leave the white residue in the middle of the lips. The best of all these products are long lasting. They last until I either eat or drink. From the two (Strike A Rose and Pink Shock), I have to say I like Pink Shock better in scent and how it looks on me.

Would repurchase: Yes!

Oh, you definitely should try it if you want to moisturize your lips. I think the colors will come out opaque and gorgeous on you! :)

Thank you! Oh, I don't think it's for everyone. I think it's great for people with dry lips. :)
